The Shem
Someone
is calling a name that is not your name, and that someone is directly
looking at you? How will you respond? Conversely, someone is calling
your name, but that someone is not looking at you? How will you
respond? Or, will you even respond?
If someone is looking at you,
and calling you by your name, in all likelihood you will respond. Energy
is directed in focus by addressing the proper name. It is
essential and outright indispensable to receiving a response. On
that account, we garnered the vibration and frequency that is
imperative for effective communication. That is nature. Even animals communicate on the frequency and the vibration that each
specie was made to adapt. A cat will not understand a dog and vice versa.
Humans have no understanding of the myriad in animal utterances. Even
humans are separated by the language barrier, but the verbal connection is not the only means, there were claims of reality in telepathic communication. Maybe, there is value in seeking the right frequency and vibration to express ourselves, verbally or otherwise, through the resonance of feelings, generated by the
subconscious which stores our inner intentions
“If
you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of
energy, frequency, and vibration”. - Nicola Tesla
In
the spiritual sense, we impart our intention by resonating it through
prayer. If prayer is the vibration of the inner
thoughts and desire that aims towards the divine, how near are those prayers to GOD's frequency and vibration? How well does the prayer address him?
Are the prayers directed to his real name?
The 10 commandments
include the phrase" thou shall not use the name of your GOD in
vain". But what is the name of your GOD? If you are a firm
believer, you would want to know, not only because you do not want to
disobey, but also to know him well. So what really is the name of the
Messiah?
Jesus is recognized to be the name of the Messiah. It is in the bible. But would you believe that the bible was adjusted
to fit tradition and language discordance? Traditions in the olden
past considered it blasphemous to utter the name of the Messiah,
simply because the tongue was unworthy. Note that the latter was an
abomination in the eyes of man, not GOD. Hence, the name of the
Messiah was replaced by words like GOD, Lord, and Name, in
contrast with the original writings in Hebrew. Albeit, recent changes
in the long past included the name, Jesus. On the same note, the name
Jesus could unwittingly, be the result of weakness in
transliteration.
"Name" means "Shem* in Hebrew.
It connotes, by Hebrew definition, a personal status, a mark peculiar
to the person, it has meaning. In short, the name defined the person.
But the word Jesus has no meaning in any language. In fact, the word
Jesus is the English transliteration of the Greek word "Iesous"
meaning healer. Neither it exists nor has a meaning in the Hebrew
language. To know the real name of the Messiah, we have to work back
on how it was transliterated from the English word Jesus to the
original Aramaic language, which was said to be the language during
the life of the Messiah. Bible scholars have this to say, to
wit;
English- Jesus
Latin- Iesus
Greek - Iesous
Aramaic- Yeshua
or Yeoshua pronounced as;
YAHUSHUA
YAHUSHUA is the name of the Messiah and YAHUSHUA means Messiah.
While
knowing that the name Jesus is the traditional name that Christians venerate, it is
also incumbent upon the believers to reconcile the foundation of his
belief to strengthen it on the basis of what is true and apparent.
Because that is what Yahushua expect, and he favors those who seek the
truth.
John 8:32
“And ye shall know the truth, and
the truth shall make you free.”
John 1:6
“If we say
that we have fellowship with him, and walk in darkness, we lie, and
we do not practice the truth:”
Mark 7:7 Context
7How
be it in vain do they worship me, teaching for doctrines
of men. 8For laying aside the commandment of God, ye hold the
tradition of men, as the washing of pots and cups: and many
other such like things ye do. 9And he said unto them, Full well
ye reject the commandment of God, that ye may keep your own
tradition.
Jeremiah 5:1 King James Version
(KJV)
5 Run ye to and fro through the streets of
Jerusalem, and see now, and know, and seek in the broad places
thereof, if ye can find a man, if there be any that executeth
judgment, that seeketh the truth; and I will pardon it.
Will
YAHUSHUA be please if the believers call and invoke his real name as
spoken by his disciples and by those who followed him in the holy
days of antiquity? Traditions, in most cases, were commandments
of man. Between traditions and the word of YAHUSHUA, where will the
believer stand? Let's find the answer in some of the applicable Bible
passages.
Isaiah 65:1
"I permitted Myself to be sought
by those who did not ask for Me; I permitted Myself to be found by
those who did not seek Me I said, 'Here am I, here am I,' To a nation
which did not call on My name.
Jeremiah 10:25
Pour out Your
wrath on the nations that do not know You And on the families that do
not call Your name; For they have devoured Jacob; They have devoured
him and consumed him And have laid waste his habitation.
Chronicles
16:8
Give thanks unto the LORD, call upon his name, make known his
deeds among the people
John 14:13-14
"If you ask Me
anything in My name, I will do it.
Ezekiel 39:25
Therefore
thus says the Lord GOD, "Now I will restore the fortunes of
Jacob and have mercy on the whole house of Israel; and I will be
jealous for My holy name.
Genesis 4:26 King James
Version (KJV)
26 And to Seth, to him also there was born a son;
and he called his name Enos: then began men to call upon the name of
the Lord.
The believers need not wonder if there is
righteousness in calling GOD's name, his real name, which
tradition and human frailties have proscribed for so long. The holy
book revealed what GOD sought.
An ounce of truth leads to
a pound ... to a ton, and finally to the whole truth, the whole truth according to his words will lead to his bosom.
18 The LORD is near to all who
call on him, to all who call on him in truth.- Psalm 145:18.
